Behavioral growth flourishes in an environment of positive reinforcement. Our team works with families to create sustainable home-based routines that foster independence, joy, and long-term success.
We believe clinical care is a sacred partnership. In a healthcare world that often feels rushed, we have chosen an independent path to ensure your child remains our primary focus at all times.

CCC-SLP Specialist
Dr. Sarah Chen has dedicated 14 years to the field of pediatric communication. Before co-founding Pinecrest, she served as a Senior Speech-Language Pathologist at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where she led multidisciplinary teams in diagnosing complex language disorders and implementing AAC solutions for children with limited verbal communication.
Sarah earned her Ph.D. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University and completed her Clinical Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. Her clinical work is informed by deep research into neuro-linguistic development, ensuring every child has a path to communication that is both evidence-based and deeply personalized.
"True communication is about connection. My role is to listen to the child's unique rhythm and build a supportive environment where their voice can be heard clearly and confidently."
